1: People should start recognising music overseas and stop listening or lessen and/or Cantopop, you wouldn't want people overseas or people who listen to foreign music listening to Twins or whatever their name is for pete's sake. Use the internet, go to launch, listen to local US bands.....make them known here...so they go here..i mean who doesn't want a Warped Tour here in the oh-so-famous Hong Kong? Or even Green Day?
2: Yes like in the new issue of HK magazine..and thank you for that btw, make a more than 1000 no seating stage outdoor where people can stand and dance and jump and scream rather than suffocate in an indoor stadium with guards telling you to sit down in a linkin park or Korn concert..i mean come on..sit down in a linkin park concert?...it's like saying look at the candy but don't lick it.
3: People should relle start not speaking in a way for other people to understand but rather speak in a way that they can learn to understand YOU. So when yer speaking to someone who's not good in english, speak yer native english....(American English, English English..Australian English) but whatever you do...don't say "lah" every after every sentence and have that chinese accent so that they can understand you. They're trying to learn english from you...not so that you can join their way of speaking. (Read the Dictionary preferably the ones with the idioms cuz bellieve it or not, expressions and idioms attract attention.)
4: Lower the volumes for Advertising shit out there....cuz we don't wanna listen to it...heck some of us don't even understand a word you're saying..and besides....it wakes up the people who goes home early in the morning who wants to sleep for pete's sake.
5: Make more Citysuper stores and BRING BACK THE GOOD FAST FOOD SHOPS YOU TOOK AWAY FROM US! Jack in the Box, Wendys, and believe it or not....chuck and cheese...we want them back i know you think we don't but we do...
6: Stop hanging Dead carcasses out the window for people to see...yeh i'm talking bout those roasted duck or pigoens you hang out there in the open like some kinda freak show. As much as they taste like heaven, save it from the sights and leave it for the taste.
7: Teach your children to be what they want rather what you want them to be. They wanna be a rock star? Expose them to music..and i mean any kind of music..depending on the explicity of course...hey...i'm not that bad to let them listen to crap out there so i have my warnings too.
8: Say hello to people who look nice. Strike a conversation or offer a lil help when they need it...it'll give you somethin good in return, a new friend or some tips or that warm fuzzy feeling inside. HK IS a small place. Make it a place where people are friendlier and respected not bitched about.
9: Lower the prices for Ocean Park. Disneyland is doing a good job on their part and if Ocean park don't do nuthin bout theirs...they're going down the drain like the rest of their pricey food. I mean $14 for a fuckin soft drink...i think i ran out of cash that tyme but i was dying of dyhydration.
10: Show more NFL and less cricket. More reality shows and funny sitcoms than reruns,
11: Please oh please release UA NTSC games for playstation and playstation 2 so that gamers who actually speak and hear english can fully enjoy it. Don't just release them to places that most people don't even know exists but in shopping malls and famous places where people actually go.
